1. Open the dashboard either by going to Jobs -> Dashboard, or by clicking the View more statistics on the statistics tile in your candidate matches feed.


2. Select a job (if you want a different one) and, optionally, a date range. By default, we'll select the entire time for which the job was public.


3. If using the internal applicant tracking, you'll be able to see many details about your applicants over here, else you'll only see information about your prospects (people who clicked the Apply button on your job page).


4. Analyze the data and use it to optimize your hiring process - see what candidate sources bring your the most applicants or prospects, see what the most frequent skills of your applicants are, from where they are, and what they want to learn, as well as tracking the success of your outreach messages.
